Deep and regular cleaning have the same checklists. The difference is the deep cleaning requires more time and attention. We require you to select this option If your home has not been cleaned by a professional in quite some time and/or is not being maintained on a regular basis by you or a professional. If not selected it may be added upon arrival. Post renovation cleanings are charged hourly.
Do you do pest control?
No we don't treat for pests. We only clean and vacuum any dead, or any debris left behind from the pest.
Can I request more than 1 cleaner?
Yes, if the situation calls for it we can send more than 1 cleaner.
How easy is it to book online?
It truly takes about a minute to fill out all the necessary information. We will send a receipt email instantly and give you a confirmation shortly by email.

2. Our rate for any ONE TIME CUSTOM CLEANINGs & 4 BEDROOM HOMES (ONE TIME CLEANINGS ONLY) are $50hr.
3. Our POST CONSTRUCTION/HEAVY DUTY CLEANINGS are to be inspected before pricing.
*We do any extreme cleanings such as hoarding, etc.

Should I tip the maid for a job well done?
Please let us know the amount or percentage and we will add that to your credit card bill. Adding a tip to the check is also fine. Average tip is 15%-20%.
What about pets inside your home?
Pets are not a problem. However, we do need to know if you have them. Also, if any pet is aggressive we ask that you secure them while we are cleaning your home. Our cleaners are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat.

Yes, We are insured.
Can Heavenly Scent Plus clean my home even if other contractors/services are working at the same time?
Unfortunately we cannot do any type of cleaning if others are working in the unit at the same time. This is to prevent any blame towards our cleaners.
